One of the most professional auto repair services I have ever experienced. Far surpassed the local Sarasota Volvo dealership when I called for assistance. I have the car in Naples and would consider driving up to Jessies for major repairs, that is how good they are.

They were amazing at Jesses garage…. My check Engine light came on , they got me in , gave me a car while they diagnosed and then had a diagnostic back within 24 hours…. And the best service and pricing …….I am a customer for life, thank you Jesses garage !!!!

They do great work and they do it fast, never had a problem with them. Their prices are a little pricey but that’s what you pay for good work. The staff treats you like family and is always straight to the point. Only place I take to get my cars done.

I have owned three Porsches over the last twenty five years plus, in our family, a couple of Minis, BMWs, and Mercedes. There are a number of really good German car shops in town but the best by far is Jesse's. This place is run by car guys who drive the cars they service so they are completely in tune with the good and the bad and have excellent insight on endemic problems with model years and brands. Their service is comprehensive and I always get a full inspection detailing what needs work. This report is always followed up with a phone call to discuss what really needs to be done and what can wait. Greg is very detail oriented and one of the most pleasant people you will meet in Sarasota (we need more Gregs!) He has always been completely on top of communication and will text or email if I don't answer the phone. The extra care the techs take, like putting my windshield screen in when it's parked outside waiting for pickup, tells me that the shop really strives for top end service throughout. Even if you are happy with, and loyal to, the shop you go to now, try Jesse's Garage anyway. You will not regret the incomparable service you receive.

Luke was amazing, can’t recommend them enough for your car maintenance. Every step of the way they provided the best experience. They gave me a thorough detailed inspection of my car and a list of repairs and costs. There were no surprises, no hard sells. They called and took the time to explain everything. Jesse's is a very well run organization. You have an account executive, I would say, or a point person that tracks what is going on, facilitates, and stays in touch. Greg was amazing. I canNOT tell you how many hoops they went through for my old Jag. She is gorgeous, but she does have 20 years on her! They had to diagnose various issues, scout parts, etc. They even recruited kind of a micro-specialist. Great communication with quotes that point to urgent, recommended, etc. They found ways to save me money, let nothing slide, and were not happy until every last question mark was resolved. They could have gouged but were generous. It was there a long time.- and I had their loaner car the entire stretch! Thank you so much, Greg and team.
