I have used Jesse's European repair for several years now and always received excellent communication, service and advice based on wisdom and best practices. Replacing the manufacturer's known issue of the water pump and timing chain in the Land Rover is a perfect example. The water pump was giving out and they advised to implement the timing chain kit since the water pump is in the same area of the engine (half the labor is already expended). Upon replacement the decision was reinforced as a wise one. The old parts were significantly worn and susceptible to failure (at 55k miles). The repair was not inexpensive, but only a third of the cost of complete engine failure (if the timing chain would have snapped). While getting routine maintenance done I have always received a comprehensive analysis of items that they noticed and I can then budget for them in future auto repairs. I found out about Jesse’s thru another shop that no longer worked on Mercedes cars. They referred me. I was so very impressed with the professional, informative, time frame, and quality of service. I spoke with Nick and Luke, whom, I found out, to be the owner. They were both exceptional and helpful. Easy to reach on the phone and texted me several times with full disclosure of estimate for recommended repairs. The final price came in under estimate, as well. I would recommend anyone to go to Jesse’s. I won’t use anyone else. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change, Vehicle Inspection, Auto battery replacement

Luke is the new owner of this garage. He has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable with helping our car repair. He and his team have gone above and beyond to help our family. They are an extremely hard working and honest team. I recommend them 10 stars!
