After having front brakes replaced on my Land Rover, I had an urgent need to have a check engine light looked at. The need was urgent as I was driving across FL to jump on a cruise in four days. Jesses was extremely busy but fit me in the day before I was to leave. Greg told me over the phone that I should first remove the gas cap, run it through a few cycles and see if the light turned off. If so, call him back and cancel the appointment. It worked!.. Kudos to and organization that puts service above revenue.

I posted this on BMW OF SARASOTA’s site. BMW service. This place is so pathetic. No wonder they are so many bad reviews. My car was there for seven days and I found out. Supposedly they had my wrong phone number. I didn’t hear from them for another week and calling asking for the manager, Paula. They kept putting me to her voicemail and one of the secretaries told me she was going to call me that day by 1 PM. After two emails and the secretary saying she was going to call me back. I never got a response from the service manager Paula. I then drove there and asked to speak with Derek the assistant service manager and talk to me for a couple minutes and he told me he was going to take care of it. Derek took care of it all right he passed it off to Rafael the original service tech Rafael was telling me none of the parts were covered under my warranty. . I pulled the car out after 30 days took it to my original shop Jesse‘s garage they had it fixed in five days with no cost to me through the warranty. Everything was covered. Also, BMW of Sarasota was trying to charge me for a valve cover gasket that they said was leaking but it was not leaking and the original garage confirmed it. Actually Jesse’s told me Monday but I got it back on Friday. 3 days later.

We recently had an issue with the suspension system on our 2016 BMW 435i convertible. We have never used Jesse’s previously. We could not have been more pleased with the way we were treated. The work was done perfectly and the car is performing like it was new. We worked with Greg and he is a true professional. He is very knowledgeable and a true gentleman. Everyone we interacted with at Jesses were truly nice people. We would give more than five stars if we could.
