I recently had my 2020 Toyota Supra serviced at Jesse’s Garage for a spark plug replacement and an oil change. I couldn't be happier with the results. Brought in my MB SUV for "shaking issue". They "diagnosed" it and "fixed it". When I picked up my car there was a large wrench left in the back set. I didn't notice until I got to work but they also left my windshield clips off! And the worst part was IT. STILL. SHAKES. after $7,000 IT STILL SHAKES. Soon after, they called and asked how my service went, I told them everything I am stating here. They were apologetic and said someone would get back to me. NO ONE HAS. I now have it at another garage to fix what I already paid Jesse's 7K to fix. I have received hand written cards from them thanking me for using them, but can't get anyone to call me back regarding the $7,000 non-fix. Maybe after leaving this review they will finally call me back... remember me I am the person that came back and returned a LARGE wrench to your business and showed you pics of the windshield clips left off... still no call.

The service I’m my 2007 Jag couldn’t have gone better

Excellent service was provided by Greg and the repairs were completed 2 days earlier than originally estimated and car appeared to have been nearly detailed upon return. I plan to return with my other German car when necessary!
