We just moved to the Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch area and had a problem with my 2008 CLK 550. I called and spoke with Jessie who was very polite and knowledgeable. Took the time on our 1st conversation to run through possible answers to having an engine misfire. I made an appointment and brought the car into the shop and received one of the best diagnostic reports I have ever seen. I’ve owned Mercedes for 20+ years and have never seen the level of service and customer care before. They listened to what I wanted to do and followed through. If you are looking for honest, professional, on-time service this is the place. Also very sensitive to keeping the car clean and disinfected in this CV-19 scare. Great job! Very impressed. 10+
